Heart (Luxembourg) S.à r.l. was established in 2011 in Luxembourg. The company is a holding company
specialized in the private equity and venture capital industry.

Heart (Luxembourg) S.à r.l. is one of the shareholders of the group American Heart of Poland (AHP), a
medical group specialising in cardiac research and the treatment of cardiovascular disease. AHP was
established in the year 2000 by the team of outstanding physicians from both Poland and the United
States.
As of today, Heart (Luxembourg) S.à r.l. has grown and invested in more than six projects in Europe and is
currently diversifying its asset portfolio (mainly technologic and sustainable energy companies). The
company is dynamic and growing rapidly.
